Address: Durant Olive Mill, 5700 NE Breyman Orchards Road, Dayton, OR 97114
Description:
“Durant Vineyard at Red Ridge Farms sits atop the Dundee Hills in Oregon Wine County. Red Ridge Farms is an unforgettable destination for the senses. From wine and olive oil to lavender and lodging, they welcome you to visit and indulge in the many sensory pleasures available there in Willamette Valley.”
Barn Swallow Artists are so excited to partner with Durant Vineyards! We envision a stunning seasonal market, filled with Barn Swallow Artists artistry, that will provide a wonderful holiday shopping experience for our customers and healthy profits for BSA.
Pre-Event Details
This is primarily a tented event. Although the tent is heated, vendors will be spending the day outside. Please dress accordingly! Because this is a winter event, there is the possibility that weather could force road closures which might affect our Market. If this is the case, safety will be our primary concern and we will proceed accordingly. This probably won't be an issue but just putting it out there...
Market Space:
Most of you will be in a large party tent adjacent to the Durant Olive Mill building (a few will be in the Olive Mill). The tent will be set up on a gravel parking lot, so consider bringing a rug for your booth. To allow for maximum natural light, we are forgoing the canopy covers for this event. We do encourage you to use your canopy frame to define your space and use as a decoration support. There are electrical outlets available to those who need them but you will need to provide your own extension cords and power strips. All spaces are 10x10 and equally advantageous for showing your wares. We will assign spaces to you and will take into consideration your needs and requests. In addition, Durant Farms will be serving their fine wines and BSA will provide a special space for our customers to visit and socialize during the event.
Other than what you may be able to purchase at Durant, there are no food vendors at this event. Please bring your own lunch and snacks. We will have a cooler of water and a hot drinks station free to our artists.
